Ok Now back to today’s topic.

If you have tons of PLR articles hidden in some corner of your hard disk, collecting the digital dust, this article will show you how to make money from those articles.

If you are really a “do-er” and not just an “info collector” ,after reading this post you will look at PLR Articles with new perspective, hunt them out from your disk and make a plan to make money with those articles as I show you here.

So let’s begin!

The main thing in this strategy is to convert your articles to short Power Point presentation, change them to videos and upload them to the video sites to get targeted traffic.

To do this you need 4 things:

*An in demand niche product to promote (your own or affiliate),
*PLR articles that relates to the product (most likely you will find in your hard disk),
*Powerpoint and
*Free CamStudio to convert the PowerPoint slides to a video.

Choosing an in-demand niche

For this I suggest you visit Clickbank and choose first 3-5 products based on popularity on any category.

PLR articles to use

My hunch is, you already have a wide collection of PLR in your hard disk in form of ebooks or articles. Make a search for them in your disk.

If you do not come up with related articles, go to ezinearticles.com and use the “search” feature and select 5 articles on the topic.

Note down the main points that stand out in each article. Now arrange the points and re-write them to create your unique articles . This should not take more than 15 minutes from research to re-writing.

At first you may take more time, but with practice you will be able to create at least 2 original articles this way, if you lack PLR articles on the topic.

Done?

Next extract bullet points from each topic using the PLR articles or those you have re-written.

Then create 4-5 slides in PowerPoint each related to a theme, The Slides should convey the main message through bullet points. Once slide is completed, run the slideshow and capture it as video using the free tool at camstudio.org

Once you have converted the PLRs using the Video Article Secrets, it’s time to upload your videos to multiple video sites. In Video Article Secrets, Jason does mentions several sites to upload your new video.

But here’s a list of 101 videos sites other than you tube, where you can upload the videos to get even more traffic.

So there you have it!

You can use this strategy To:

*Sell Niche Affiliate Products
*Sell Your Own Products like the ones you get from Niche Miners Club
*Build Targeted List
*Send Traffic To Your Adsense site.

I’ve provided you with another strategy to make use of PLRs you receive through Niche Miners’ Club or other sites. Now it’s upto you to take action.

For me, the first step in finding a profitable niche is to find a group of people who are proven buyers. And to find them I take help of 3 resources:

a) Amazon.com: If I have a topic in mind I start my research from Amazon, trying to find how many books have been released on that particular topic.. The Top 100 List in
Amazon is a great research tool to find profitable niche. Try it

b) Ebay.com: Once I’m done with Amazon, I visit Ebay to see if there are products being sold targeting the same group of buyers.

c) Magazines.com: My next stop is Magazines.com to find whether there are offline magazines published for the same target audience. I also use Amazon’s Magazine section to do this research.

If all three steps above prove positive then there is no doubt that the market I’ve chosen has proven buyers.

But there is one more thing to find out before I decide on a Niche….

Is there an easy way to reach the target market online?

To confirm this I do a search on Yahoo groups, Google Groups and also Search Google for forums on the Niche Topic. Finding a community this way assures that the niche audience I’m targeting is easily reachable online and so marketing shouldn’t be any problem.

Only after the above 2 conditions are satisfied, I start keyword research on the niche topic to find a problem within the Niche, that the people are desperate to solve.

I also sometimes do Forum spying to choose topics that are raised again and again to identify ‘nagging’ problem in my niche audience. This makes it easier to create a product that would be easier to market to them.

So there you are!

Follow the above 3 research strategy to quickly qualify a proven buyers market and you will never fail to profit. At start this may seem to be a lot of work, but once you are accustomed with this research strategy it will not take you more than 2-3 minutes to find whether your chosen topic has proven buyers.

In fact, this is the exact same process I use to choose a Niche and provide PLR Niche Products each month to my members of Niche Miners club.

For me the best way to use PLR Ebooks is as “template products”.

I first learned this from Jimmy Brown and hence forth have used it in many ways to make hundreds of dollars.

A “Template Product” is any quality PLR book you can use as a base to create customized Niche Products.

So how PLRS can be used as templates and how you can make money from them?

Let me explain this with an example.

Last month, on March 2008 all members of received an excellent book with PLR Rights Titled “How To Turn Any Interview To A Job”.

The book discuss in great details:

* How To Prepare For An Interview
* How To Conduct Yourself During The Interview
* A 12 Step Approach To Bag The Offer
* Common Mistake To Be Avoided During Interview
* Post Interview Follow up Strategy

It goes into great details explaining each of the above illustrating with examples. Now this provides a perfect “Niche Template Product” which any savvy Internet Marketer can use to customize and make money from several Niches just by adding 10-15 pages for specific job interview to the base/template product.

Like the Product mentioned above can be easily turned into:

* How To Ace A Interview For Your Teaching Job
* How To Ace An Interview To Get Your First Job
* How To Ace An Interview To Jump To A Senior Executive Post

…and so on.

This is easy guys and gals.

Step 1: Get hold of good PLR Ebooks that can be used a template product. Shameless plug but is an excellent source for this.

Step 2: Customize it by adding 10-15 pages that pertains to the niche. A ghostwriter can do it for you, if you find it difficult to so

Step 3: Mine the gems hidden in the Niches and make money using your marketing skills

Take a look at look at your hard disk and follow this strategy. You can thank me later.

Create Niche Article Directory using the PLR Book

This is a rarely used strategy which can give you great dividend over time.

• First chop up the PLR ebook into articles with proper catchy headlines.

• Next get a Free or paid article Directory script and a suitable domain to host it.

• Post the articles one by one

• Promote your niche article directory as any other site.

• Re-write some articles and post them in article directory with resource box link pointing back to the article directory.

• Start a blog on the topic and post short teaser snippets pointing to the relevant article of the directory for more profit

From here onwards you can do several things like:

Give people permission to reprint with resource box i.e backlinks for your site OR

Do not give permission to reprint. Get traffic and then sale the whole Niche Directory for higher profit.

OR

Put adsense ad or affiliate product ad and track the pages that get more traffic. Then hire ghostwriter to create more articles on the topics that are getting more traffic.

There are number of ways to promote limited to your imagination.

And most profiting of all, Sale the Niche Directory. If Done Correctly a Niche Directory can easily earn you anywhere from $6000- $12000!
